First National bank's disgusting service!

This bank has the worst service ever,disgusting! I opened an Estate late bank account for Old mutual to pay money into,Old mutual paid. This bank has had a hold on the account pending validation of Authority letter by the Master's court,of which they were to contact the Master's court for this validation. They never did,they just put a hold on the account and the funds are not accessible because of this. I can't believe there are banks with this kind of service. I would never recommend it to anyone!
