First National Banks consistent customer (dis)service

The complete lack of any service at FNB's call centre usually necessitates a trip to the branch. I tried to use the FOREX icon on the App to send a gift, which, predictably, did not work. I got a text message from FOREX asking if I wanted assistance. I rep**** "YES". Thank goodness, I did not hold my breath. The last time I encountered FOREX necessitated my contacting the CEO. The reason was the agent threatened to block my account if I did not supply required documents. I showed him he was wrong - but his arrogance would not listen. The threat of blocking an account for all transactions is tantamount to regarding me as a drug dealer. The arrogant agent was suspended for his actions after I asked the CEO to review the tape.

Obviously, FNB was tracking my activity on
the banking App, but as predicted, never followed
through with any assistance. Unfortunately,
this is the norm.

Thanks for (at least) initiating a response. However, referring it back to FOREX - really? Let's see how creative they will be - maybe their pet dog chewed up the request form? Long story short, I do not expect a response, much less a truthful one.
