FIRST NATIONAL BANK - YES or NO?

I have been a Client of Barclay's Bank ant then its successor FNB since its inception. That means almost 40 years. I also have been satisfied with their services up until now. I am a "senior" client at the Private Wealth Branch of FNB/RMB. There was an attempt to conduct a ********** transaction on my Private Wealth Credit Card and the bank rightfully blocked my card on June 02. I spoke to my private banker and was promised to receive a new card within 3-5 working days. Today is June 23, exactly 3 weeks later and my new card is nowhere to be seen. The explanations received do not make much sense. Please be careful if you consider joining FNB. The FNB is not the same that it was some time ago.
