First national bank - Won't recomend if you are urgently in need of a student loan

It is a month and a half now, my problem is still not solved. Previous review, FNB rep**** they will escalate the matter, but still nothing. Tuesday someone called me and I thought finally, he asked me "am i still interested in the student loan" I rep**** "Yes I am". Then he said he will call me back "Shortley". I am not sure what he meant by Shortley, because still received no call back. This is the baddest service ever. The Registrations for students is close already. I had to borrow money somewhere else just to pay for my studies.
