First national Bank won't give finance but bmw finance does.#neverusefnb
So after being a client with fnb and earning a good salary, credit record being clear low debt and applying for finance my own ba k declining me.
I complained on hello Peter about this and they got head office involved, after a week of deliberating they finally got back to me and said the would re consider approving my finance on only R200 000 if I put a R60 000 deposit. What an absolute joke!!! On a 60 000 salary. Fnb you are a joke to treat your clients like this.
I then went to bmw and app**** for finance and got finance on a m4 for 700 000. Tell me how is this possible. Because is absolutely appalling
I app**** for a loan with fnb and that has also been declined yet I get approved for a 100 000 furniture store account.
But in reality they never get back to you as promised. Fnb likes to make people believe they are a great bank.. it's a pity they have people who have no desire to actually help their customers.
Richard Branson once said it's not the customer that is always right.. because if you treat you employees Well and the staff are happy, they will give a great service and be more productive.
But feed them peanuts and you will have ******s.
Fnb maybe time you stopped making empty promises amd deliver on the potential we all wish you would have
