First National Bank with its Own Laws

Once again I am stunned and disgusted at how First National Bank treats its customers in this case me.

A credit card of mine was settled with FNB in 2007.

In 2013 I received threats from First National bank and Groenwalt Lubbe legal company.

First of all: Legally, if I had not paid this account, between 2007 and 2013 is 6 years. This debt would have prescribed and I would not owe on the debt.

No matter how big First National Bank thinks they are, South African Law applies to them as well.

Another employee of FNB Ruby Hassin, thought or thinks she is GOD.

After these incidents, I received a generic apology letter from her on behalf of FNB.

Ruby Hassin refused to speak to me, and told me that the matter is closed. Ruby Hassin refused to enter into any discussion with me.

Today is 12 Oct 2016, THREE YEARS LATER.

I found out by chance that FNB are still listing this settled account of mine as residual and a forced closure REFLECTING NEGATIVELY on my ability to gain credit from First National Bank.

Thank you Ruby Hassin, or should I say GOD for not doing what you said you did.
