I received some of the most appalling service visiting there branch to collect a new card, that I had been relentlessly advertised.

I was relieved of my license by the staff having been told it would expedite the process. I sat 20 minutes passed my estimated time. Requested license and was condescendingly to wait. An hour passed still without any assistance. When I ask for my license as I need to leave... The staff rudely tell me they don't know the whereabouts of my license. I had to cause a scene as now the branch was closed and I was late for my appointments. I still don't have the card they have shoved down my throat. I don't want it and would like to end my relationship with the bank. If they even bother to call following up on my complaint I sincerely hope the person will be able to close my accounts with them.
