First National Bank (Westgate)

I went to the First National Bank to open an account. I needed the bank to connect with my PayPal account. I was helped quickly and efficiently by the lady that helped with my account. She said I needed to come back to link the card to my PayPal account. When I returned to the branch (Westgate) I was very irritated and the service was pathetic. The lady that sits at the reception desk was talking to another lady. I stood and waited for 10 minutes for them to finish their conversation. The lady asked me what I wanted to do. I then explained that I wanted to link my card to my PayPal account. I waited my turn to see a consultant and I was then told he can't do it and I must go back to the ladies at the front. I once again had to wait for them to finish their conversation. I was then pointed to a computer and told I could do it there. Then was no help or support. I then asked to speak to the manager. WoW he went above and beyond to help me and explain what what I needed to do. He even went as far as to phone the PayPal help line to get me the assistance that I needed. Thank you for the support from him otherwise I would walked away there very upset. I unfortunately can't remember his name but he is an asset to your company
