FIRST NATIONAL BANK USELESS

IF I COULD GIVE FIRST NATIONAL BANK ZERO STARS I WOULD! I recently noticed a ***** transaction on my personal cheque account and immediatlely contacted my bank to reverse the charge. I was informed the bank, FNB, cannot reverse it only the merchant can reverse it. WHAT UTTER ****ING BULL****! I have had ***** on my account once before and the bank immediately reversed the charge, now i am told i must contact the merchant and get them to reverse it. The merchant are telling me to get my bank to reverse the charge. ****ING USELESS FIRST NATIONAL BANK!!
