first national bank useless

for the second time in this year my bank account with fnb has been hacked. today i went to the branch and they show that a debit order of 47000 went off. the branch says and confirms that it is a debit order from first auto wesbank. i have no dealings what so ever with wesbank or first auto. the branch says their fone lines are down. ive spent over 500 rand in airtime calling various divisions of fnb, and to now not a single person at fnb can help me as a business client. ive been put through from debit order division, to *****, to business desk, wesbanks, back and forth for 4 hours, and still not a single call agent can assist. this is the most disgraceful and ********* bank to deal with. after spending all that airtime and personal time fnb cant even call a business client back
