First National Bank, Tokai, Cape Town.
At age 76 I've been banking with First National Bank at Blue Route Mall in Tokai Cape Town for many years without ever having a problem. The staff and management are well informed, well trained and helpfull. Sue Brown always goes the extra mile too provide the best service possible with a gentle smile.

11 Dec 2025, 16:17 It was necessary for me to return documents to FNB Tokai Branch with regards to my Will. This time a lady, Shakira Petersen, assisted me. Once again my problem was resolved quickly and with a smile. I appreciate the willingness too help found at this branch and always ask for the persons name when I receive help.
