First National Bank, The Grove Mall, Terrible Process and Rude Staff

FNB Lynnwood, The Grove Mall the experience is frustrating and the staff is extremely rude. In order to just collect your passport, you have to wait in the queue with everyone else who is applying for passports or ID's. It takes hours just to collect a passport. This is extremely poor planning. The staff is extremely rude. Bontle working there refused to give her name and surname after being very rude when I asked if you have to wait in line to only collect or if there is a different line for collections. If you are client facing you need to treat all clients no matter what race with respect and especially if this is such a frustrating experience for clients.
