First National Bank -Shares Division

I am extremelly disapointed with this division of FNB as if you have a query and you phone any number like *** you can wait for more than 40 minutes on line and then the call just drops and one needs to redail again and again you might spend the whole afternoon trying to get hold of someone to help you.
