(First National Bank) Risk Category

I'm being rejected credit by all financial institutions because FNB decided to place me on risk category 2 for years and when inquire about it I don't get any joy. And suddenly I'm moved to risk category 1 and i would to know what criteria do they use because I'm not owing them anything for the past 2 and half years. SO I WHAT TO KNOW THEY DETERMINE THIS THING. It's really frustrating because someone representing big bank like FNB just decides to red flag our names so that we don't progress in life
