First National Bank reputation in disrepute

Looking at the other reviews on this plat form directed at First National Bank and the atrocious service it is very clear that FNB does NOT pride themselves in customer service and only count heads. I have been struggling for a week to get access to my revolving loan account with absolutely no feedback wrt why it is inaccessible. We are coming out of covid with lively hoods being affected and this is the reaction from your financial service provider. Disgusting. Next step, banking ombudsman.
