First National Bank REPUTABLE OR NOT!

First National Bank Debt review department! Where do I start? I have escalated a query to Charlene Antoni which was in hand given to Zandile Ndamane and I am still waiting for feedback, not one of the consultants can answer me. first of all the interest for my term starting in 2018 was only written of in January 2024 that's right 2024 mind you if I did not pick this up neither this REPUTABLE company or my debt councilor would have said anything.

THIS IS WHAT WE DO TO CONSUMER WHO WANT TO PAY YOU BACK AND GET OUT OF DEBT!

First National Bank agreed to an amount of R8083.05 on a consent order from the court on a 0% interest rate at the beginning of the term.

I have paid First National Bank R9508.38 which is a difference of R1425.33.

FIRST NATIONAL BANK on numerous occasion rep**** and said we don't owe you any refund but cant give me a explanation as to why?

Why FIRST NATIONAL BANK WHY!

This has apparently been escalated back to recons and I will probably wait another 3 months for a answer.
