First National Bank premier banking

Ridiculous service just to get a basic query sorted. When I try to call my "premier team of bankers" they are so proud of, I simply get told to use my app chat to do a "secure online chat", which then keeps getting disconnected on their end and I keep getting put back in line. I have been trying to get a simple question answered for three hours now. Absolutely zero help.
