First National Bank poorest service and not recommended to anyone

Hellopeter i need your help here. Last week i made a complaint about poor service fnb offered. Unfortunately they didnt resolve the matter. The problem is that since our card was blocked the transactions has been going on from the 26th of June till this morning. Here's the proof:

FNB:-) Paid from a/c..052851, 01 Aug: R100 Ref.Gymfee N Nt***j; R299 Ref.Gymfee N Nt***.

This has been going on from the 26th till today. My question is how can such thing happen while the card is blocked. What surprises me is that the bank has poor security while they claim to have an IT department.

If they don't sort this out we taking legal action plus we have all the necessary proof from sms's to emails as well as screenshots
