First National Bank poor service and *********** branch staff and call centre agents!!!

I had a private client with fnb and I had to close it down due to poor level of service I would get whenever I needed help from them. Also had a loan account with them so I then visited the branch in Sept 2022 to changed my banking details for my monthly deductions, was told that was done and I must expect a call from them again to assist me with debicheck mandate. I got the call and mandate was sent but it had incorrect date which was last day of the month to which I get paid on the 25th or earlier if 25th falls on a weekend, so I rejected the mandate and I called several times also went back to the branch just as much to request correct mandate to be sent till today no mandate has been sent. Worst of all they decided to stop deducting early in 2023 I resorted to eft but when I did eft funny enough they would go and deduct again and I wouldn’t have to send emails again requesting refund! Now I’m sitting with an account that is in arrears and getting countless calls fnb demanding arrangements and my questions remains! Who said they must stop deducting? In the entire period I had the account with them when have they ever deducted on the 31st? They said they would attempt and my account had no money and I requested proof of all the attempts they made where they got no sufficient funds in my account and to date I have not received. I laid a complaint around Sept/ Oct to date I have not been provided any feedback and an amicable solution. On the 21st December 2023 I got another call from collections I asked them about the feedback to my complaint and the lady promised to escalate and again I’m still sitting with no feedback neither anyone at least engaging me if they still investigating @FirstNationalBank how many years do I have to wait for this matter to be resolved???
