First National Bank - Platinum Card a HOAX!!!!

On the 2nd Feb 2017, we requested an Online debit card purchase, which due to a system glitch, led to a duplicate payment created as pending on my IB profile. When contacting my private banker to reverse the duplicate, I was told that this cannot be done now, and that there is a process to follow, forms to complete, which can take up to 30 days. I was also told to call the service provide to resolve this issue. Is that how you treat your customers. I am in IT and have been working on banking components for a long time, and know how BANK TE back end systems operate. This could have been reversed in an instance, if my private banker and FNB truely had my interest at heart. What if it was a big aMOUNT OF R100000. Would you wait for 30 working days to get your own money back. I am moving my full portfolio away from FNB, but only after the Financial Ombudsman have been informed of this incident. People we pay banking fees_ high banking fees every month. Lets see what the newspapers and magazines have to say about FNB. I am ****ed off and will NOT just leave it there!
