First National Bank - Pathetic Service

My credit card has been paid up with Barrett & Associate legal - Reg FNBL179799. The payment was made in March and I logged a complaint with FNB the 19th April 2024 advising that I have not received the settlement letter from the attorneys or FNB. On the 29th April 2024 I received an email from Loseph - Personal and Private Service Recovery advising the account is paid and closed however there is not letter attached. I emailed Lesoph [who did not have contact details on the email) to send me the letter. I then logged another complaint with FNB on the 8th May 2024 and have not received a response. It is now the 10th May 2024 and I have still not heard for FNB. What type of service does FNB provide. I was harassed for the money, I paid it and all I am asking is a settlement letter.
