First national bank ..no service as promised

For 3 years now we are battling to get our money released because of so called ***** committed. Every time we go to the bank we get more or less the same answer. The next day it will be released . Then we wait ..nothing ...after a full day spend at the bank in August the first thing happened after 3 months of promising . Then a promise was made to us that on Monday the 16th of September after 10 am it will be available and today it's Wednesday and still nothing . Tomorrow will be my final day trying to obtain our money. I'm fed up trying really. I know of other people also battling with the same circumstances where the people were innocent of any ***** committed . Anyone else also have difficulties with first national bank ?
