First national bank nightmare

This institution has made my life unbearable cause they're the only people i owe and tried by all means to resolve my loan issues but had no luck, I've tried to meet with someone to sort out my account and had no luck.

I took out a personal loan with FNB and i was under debt review in 2016 but they kept on deducting my loan and in 2018 Dec called for a settlement amount and i decided to let them continue deducting instalments and i called in March 2019 to check how far am i owing and to my surprise the amount was higher and when i asked that's when they told me the stopped deducting and as they're clien ì was suppoed to be notified of any financial implecations but they never did. They stopped cause it suited them and i was close to settle and so fit to stress me more had no help, i want to leave this bank with all my being and find an institution that will treat their clients better.
