First National Bank negligence

FNB have a total lack of concerm for clients security and recovering funds on their clients behalf. I have detailed verifiable information about a ******* who has ****** thousands of rands from numerous people - they even attempted to **** me. I have the ******** phone number and their FNB account number plus statements from numerous people who have been ****med by this person. I contacted FNB's recovery and ***** dept to provide them with the detailed information and they said since I wasn't an FNB client or directly affected there's nothing they can do!
