First National Bank Mess Up

I Am totally disgusted with First National Bank, firstly I have been a debt review and paying them off for nearly 5 years. I contacted my Debt review company to sort out an amount that First National Bank added to my Cheque Account which in no way is my actual amount.......PLEASE TELL ME FNB HOW THE HELL CAN I BE OVER ON MY CHEQUE ACCOUNT BY R108 515-95 WHEN I HAVE BEEN ON DEBT REVIEW FOR 5 YEARS AND YOU HAVE BEEN GETTING MY MONEY. There is no way in hell a Bank would allow anyone to over draw on a cheque account to that amount to say the least as if you have reach your limit there is no way in hell a client can draw that much amount to say the least. When I pick up a mistake on this account 4 years ago I was told by FNB that it would be sorted and a reversal shall be done on my account HENCE you did not even do a ****** thing at all and now once again I have to sort out your mess. Oh by the way I am totally disgusted by your sms you sent Friday The 19/03/2021 in your words: chq Acc .........is overdrawn by R 108 515-95. This amount MUST be repaid immediately. Please deposit funds today. Now let me inform you all once again I have Been on Debt Review, Do your homework before you threaten your clients. You tell me where are all my payments I have made to you over the last 5 years are as i should nearly be finished paying you off in a few months time. Get a grip and sort this out as I am not liable for your incompetence once again.
