First National Bank Loans

Good day,

I’d like to complain about the poor service I’m getting from FNB. I’ve been with you guys for about 20 years now, and this is the first time I’ve such poor service. I’ve got three loans with you guys, all three were payments were made month end. But for some reason one of your staff members did reversals on all three Payments, and no one seems to know where the monies went. I’ve tried secure chat, visited the banks, made numerous calls to your loans departments, but no luck. They keep saying they’ll escalate the issue. What makes things worse is that it’s just effected my credit score, as you have reported me as a late payer on my loans, dropping my credit rating.
