FIRST NATIONAL BANK LAW ON CALL IS A JOKE

They are quick to take your money but when you claim and seek cover for legal representation they reject your claim without even understanding the terms of their own policy. My claim got rejected based on their definition in clause 10 of "the court of first instance" Well sadly in a dismissal arbitration legal representation is not allowed and the commissioner made a ruling to that effect. Now these idiots want to reject my claim because they were not allowed to represent me at "the court of first instance". Further reading of the policy states I am covered to take the matter on review.
