FIRST NATIONAL BANK LAW ON CALL - DISGUSTING SERVICE
1. My matter refers a life-threatening incident(s), where I trusted and re**** on First National Bank (FNB) Law on Call but received disgusting treatment, when I most needed it. 2. After being a committed First National Bank (FNB) Client for fourteen years, I took out this policy and I was treated despicably, many times. 3. FNB Law on Call assigned a firm of attorneys on their panel, for me to consult with. I had specific deliverables for the following two weeks, as they involved Court intervention for my life’s safety. 4. FNB’s panel attorney firm did nothing in thirteen days. They did not send one email, not one letter not one telephone call, and no communication with me in drafting legal documents. And no attempt to approach relevant Courts. 5. When I contacted both the legal firm and FNB Law on Call, I received a letter of no use from the attorney, and nothing useful from FNB. Only one administrative email, where I was cc’d. 6. I needed guidance from FNB Law on Call, regarding SAPS and Court documentation the night before I was in the exact same place. 7. I needed FNB Law on Call to advise me, I even attached photos and details of the previous crime scene and escalated it to senior FNB Law on Call leaders. 8. More than five days later and FNB Law on Call have still not gotten back to me. 9. I believe FNB Law on Call is insured by FirstRand Short Term Insurance Limited. 10. More posts of similar incidents to follow.
FIRST NATIONAL BANK's LAW ON CALL POLICY.
BOTH LEGAL FIRMS I HAVE BEEN DISGUSTED TO MEET.
It took The Legal Practice Council one hour to open the case.
Sadly, FNB Law On Call has taken seven days with no answer.
Despicable. Disgusting.
