First National Bank is *****ing my money !

<p>I switched to FNB and what a mistake that was ! When I transfer money from my Cheque to my Credit card the money often go off from the Cheque but never appear on the Credit card ? I have phoned numerous times and just get put thru from one agent to another ! I phoned just now again and the same thing happened, the lady confirmed that she can SEE that i put money over and that she can not see "where it went" and they must inverstigate, after that I get put on hold and must choose between options etc.. My air time of R55 which I bought this morning is used up... again, not sorting this out ! I even went to FNB in Pretoria-North a while ago, after having to take afternoon off... all they did was hand me the phone so that I can speak to someone about my credit card because it is "at a different place" they do not have a bank manager of agent that can assisst either ? So now I ask you, HOW do I pay my credit card off ? when in fact the money that I put aside to pay it off dissapears ? I can not CLOSE my bank account either because in order for that I will have to pay off the credit card first ! So do I have to withdraw the money and go pay it off manually at the bank ? And in the meantime I have to pay interest on the outstanding amount on the credit card of which I already paid how thousands ? ???? </p>
