First National Bank is letting me down.

I have app**** for covid 19 relief, fnb approves application, I accept terms and conditions and the contract provided. I supply letter indicating loss of income. Debit orders start returning. I am getting a bad credit score and it doesn't seem like FNB GIVE A ****.......disappointed to say the least. Smtry accessing infomation regarding relief on app with so success. All they can remind you about is payments on made!!!!!!
