First National Bank is Disgusting False Promises

On tuesday I phoned FNB kloof requesting business hours for consultants as I wanted to add an beneficiary on account. I was told they close at 17:00. I was at the bank at 16:30 and only one client in front of me and she was almost finish. I loaded my son's school and ask if she could change the billing on my son's fluid account to my main account.
