First National Bank is a *****

Your money is not safe with FNB, do not ever bank with them. At the beginning of December, there was a *****ulent payment of my account, I have never shared my pin or given may card to anyone, nor have I have my online banking logins. I cancelled all my cards through the app to avoid more *****ulent transactions. I went inside the bank to order a temporary card whilst I wait for my new card to be delivered. To my surprise, the consultant said my transactional account was active. I informed him of the ***** and he cancelled the card again. On the 22nd of December 2023 thousands of Rands were taken from my account through Toll Plaza transactions in a province I wasn't even in. I went to the bank again and asked how this was possible considering I reported the ***** to the consultant who assured me he had completed all necessary steps for this not to happen again and that he issued me with new cards and blocked the ones which were compromised. They put me through to the ***** department and they investigated the case. Needles to say, my kid didn't get any Christmas presents. FNB returned the money on the 18th of January 2024 through my constant nagging and checking up. On the 2nd of February 2024 the same Tollgate Plaza transactions have gone of my account. I called the ***** department, who promised me that an investigator will call me with a case number, this has not happed, I don't have a case number and I was told to wait 40 days, when I asked the consultant on the ***** department line how his was possible and my cards are new and never been ****** and I have never shared my pin, he told me my old cards that I reported and blocked were still active on the system. FNB are *****ing our money, I need this money to feed my kids and they want me to wait 40 days to investigate the obvious, the Tolls are in Gauteng and I am in Durban, all my other transactions are in Durban and I am reporting transactions from a merchant I had previously reported to the ***** department. The real ***** here is First National Bank!
