first national bank is *******
fnb is full of nonsense I requested a reversal after being double debited for my loan and they told me it will be reversed within 7 days, Its day 11 now and all they keep telling me it has been escalated it will be in my account before end of the day. what ******* is that, other banks reverse your money in an hour but I have to keep calling using my airting and fighting them but still nothing, clearly they are working from home doing nothing

13 Feb 2024, 11:16this is bull**** i have sent emails and made phone calls using your stupid references and you people are not doing your jobs, this is my money i should not be begging you everyday for what is mine but other banks work so hard to make their customers happy and you have failed me.

yToday is day 13 since i was told my money is escalated, processed and will be in my account before end of the day and i should be patient with you people.I am sick and tired of your **** service at FNB, other banks who came after you are more reliable and actually do their jobs.your consultants are sitting on their asses working from home and doing nothing.You are imbarrassing and ****s.I want my money back as soon as i finish paying this loan i will close my account and keep writing these reviews over and over.
