First National Bank - incompetence!

The bank is very ***********! The agents on chat, are the worst. I ordered a card before the 20th of December 2024, the deducted money for it, I have been following up on the delivery for 3 weeks now and been hit with the same line. "Thank you .I have provided the details to the courier to arrange delivery accordingly .You will receive an SMS from the courier with the delivery details once scheduled"

I have never experienced such incompetence in my life!
