First National Bank/ HP Attorneys

You handed me over to HP Attorneys for an outstanding loan account I had with you. I had made a payment arrangement with them to pay R500 each month towards my loan account. They gave me a reference to use and I made payment with it November 2025. In December I also made payment to it on the 19 Dec 2025 and to date my payment for Dec was not allocated to my loan account.

When I follow up the keep telling me my reference has changed. So what happens then to the R500 payment i made, will it be refunded to me or allocated to my loan.

Fnb since you handed me to this company , I need you to assist in getting a resolution on this from your side. I had no relationship with this company prior!
