First National Bank Greenstone worst FNB branch

I’m extremely disappointed with FNB Greenstone.. i’ve been banking with FNB since BOB T which is about 20 something years.. Never have I Waited more than an hour to deposit money inside the bank.. I started by queuing at the ATM after 45 minutes of waiting on the que the ATM was rejecting the cash.. I was not feeling well and went inside to deposit via the tellers there wer about 5/6 people on the que I waited more than an hour to deposit money.. every time I think of going to FNB greenstone and the service my heart sinks
