First National Bank Golden walk Germiston

Today I visited Fnb golden walk Germiston to collect my credit card and I was helped by a lady who was at teller 10,I didn’t get her name. She went through my app without explaining why she was going through my app only to find out that she was going through my offers to see what she can sell me,and after that she moved to her iPad and told me to approve and again I thought it was something that had to do with my card but she was getting me a loan that I didn’t ask for. I was only there to collect my card. And are they allowed to scroll through our bank apps?
