First National Bank (FNB) is the WORST GREEDY BANK

FNB is the worst and arrogant bank we've ever had, God save us!! Firstly I was moved to Private clients, without my permission. The private clients card accummulated charges and FNB demands me to pay for that. I decided to channge banks, FNB wont allow me to move bcz I got overdraft apparently. I requested to downgrade so that charges go down, still FNB wont allow me, so now Im literally forced to have FNB account when I dont need and now im being charged for stuff I dont know of. They charged me about R85 for a letter i diodnt even receive, mind you they have my two cell numbers and my e-mail address but they choose to "send" a letter if they did. Imagine how many people suffer because of this bank, just imagine out the over 8 million customers that they have, how much money are they greedily making from unsuspecting customers?!!
