First National Bank (FNB) IS A ****!!

I have been deprived of my money by FNB. I received R16 000 via transfer from a Nedbank Account to my FNB account about a week ago via pay and clear. Up until now I have not received my funds. NEDBANK traced the money and found that the funds are now with the servers of FNB but FNB has been soo effortless in helping me retrieve my funds. I am being sent from pillar to post with no actual help being offered. What kind of bull**** service is FNB offering? It's like they don't care and no one on their side seems to be offering any kind of assistance. FNB IS A ****..!!!! I REPEAT, FNB IS A ****..!!!! DONT TRUST FNB WITH YOUR MONEY..!!!I AM DEFINITELY PLANNING TO TAKE THIS FURTHER AS I WANT MY MONEY..!!!
