First National Bank -FNB big problem

Good day, I have a big problem with @First National Bank (FNB). I have been paying my loan to TSL Legal account from 2025 August to November 2025. FNB does not update my Credit score correctly although I have proof of payments. In August 2025 I paid double, until December 2025, but my clear have been updated as "Missed payments". I have been sending E-mails to FNB loan department & to care mails, but am not getting any clarifications. This is really affecting my credit score that I'm working hard to work on. Who will trust me in future when FNB is making incorrect reports on my profile. Why am I seen as a person who misses payments when I always make sure I pay on time. Please assist urgently. I cannot operate like that. They seem NOT to care when I'm highly affected by my negative credit score report.
