First National Bank extremely poor service.

I have an expired Visa travel card issued by FNB and have been trying to sort it out for ages. FNB say it’s a visa query and Visa say it is FNB. I’m now onto FNB on my app chat and I keep getting cut off. The best has been, please wait while I look into it and then I wait and a chat come up to say that since I haven’t responded, it’s cutting of, meanwhile I’m waiting for a response. This has been going on and on and on. I’ve been into a branch, they kindly lead me to a phone where I call card division, card division say call the number on the back of the card, I call the number on the back of the card and they say I must contact Visa and Visa say I must contact FNB. Now FNB won’t respond!
