FIRST NATIONAL BANK EBUCKS TRAVEL DELAYING FULL REFUND MORE THAN 20 WEEKS

I will never again use the FNB Ebucks travel platform to book a ticket.

I booked and paid flight tickets in September to Capetown by FNB ebucks agent Farnaaz Zairoodin. My name is spelt wrong on my FNB banking profile and therefore the flight ticket had the wrong spelling. According the Zairoodin, SAA agreed a full refund if a rebook a ticket on the same flight. A new flight was booked and paid . Zairoodin said the refund will take 6-8 weeks, yet I am still waiting 20+ weeks later. No feedback from Zairoodin, and if I enquire, she only states she will enquire about it.

Totally disgusted in FNB Ebucks travel.
