First National Bank does not put their client's first.

I did a transfer on Monday 31/10/22 using 1 of the FNB pay2cell options and for some reason it was transferred to a closed account (I don't understand why this is possible ). After that I contacted the call Centre to identify the funds and process reversal. I was on the phone for more than 2 hrs. All the call Centre agents I dealt with kept transferring me to a different department because none of them knew how they could help me (why is training not done). How do you explain a call being transferred more than 6 times? Eventually I was transferred to the legal department who said I must send an email, I proceeded to an FNB branch and the email was sent on Monday, on Thursday I called the legal department because I have been waiting for over 3 days for them to reverse my money back into my account only to be told but the legal department that my request was not initiated.. How? HOW? The agent I spoke to yesterday Sidwell assisted me again with the same email and said my funds would be available late Thursday or Friday.

It is now Friday still no funds. I tried to call Sidwell and got through to a Lindi Madinane ref ***4, she had no interest in assisting me but continuously wanted to do like all the other agents transfer the call. Please review that call, she has no interest in listening to clients. She has now advised that I wait another week as funds will be reversed next week.

How? Why does it take over 4 days for a reversal? Same bank and they already got consent from the intended beneficiary. This is a joke and it makes me sad that my business accounts are with this institution. I have spent more than R 200.00 in airtime, more than 4 hrs on the phone trying to resolve this matter. They don't even follow up or give courtesy calls.
