first national bank dissapoints for the first time

for being a loyal customer over the years and screaming praises about this bank to everybody, and making them come over to first national bank, I had a visit to this bank this morning, firstly i waited an hour to be assisted when the bank was not even busy, I was then helped, by a very nice consultant mishka, if it was not for her i would have been much more ****ed.... I spoke on the phone to a service consultant in there loan department who was rude and obnoxious, working in customer service myself, i know the level of respect you should have for customers, telling me what i can and cant afford, if that is the case, i will move my business elsewhere.
