First National Bank - Disgusting Service!!!!
Disgusting service from FNB, as a customer, I am shocked by your service!! I am so furious with FNB, I can't think straight!
Unauthorised debit for R3558.18, and we originally charged the customer R3050? Who are you serving, your customer or a random person from another bank?
This is not the first time this has happened to us as a company.
I am ready to move my entire operation to another bank.

08 Jan 2021, 09:41To date R5628.18 has been debited without my authorization from my FNB account.
I am your client, but you prefer to satisfy a 3rd party without actually consulting with me, it's a free for all, debit debit debit. I am tired of this!

08 Jan 2021, 11:38The transaction was for R3050. I was shocked to find R3558.18 debited from my account yesterday, although I only received an email from FNB yesterday requesting supporting documents related to this business transaction.
You have absolutely no knowledge of the transaction, or terms and conditions confirmed by guest when he made a booking.
The book in date was 4 April, and he cancelled on 6 April. Our cancellation policy is a 100% forfeiture, but due to Covid 19, we agreed to refund less and administration fee of R175.37.
We were instructed NOT to refund on the card, and that the guest would provide us with banking details, which has not been furnished to us yet.
Who authorised you to debit my account? The amount in question is R3050. I transacted in Rands and I will not accept the exchange rate increase as I only received R3050! You gave R683.55 in excess to the guest, who will recover this for me? Will FNB?
Your document afforded me 7 business days to respond, why did you debit my account straight away?
I am furious and want a senior person to explain to me exactly how on earth you justify taking money out of my account without any knowledge of the business transaction which occurred!
I expect the R3558.18 to be credited to my account with immediate effect, as the money in my account belongs to me (the client) and NOT to FNB to do with as they please.
Regards
Carley
