FIRST NATIONAL BANK DISASTER SERVICE.

I am highly irate and disappointed with my bank FNB ,that I have banked with from the time I was a child.i noticed yesterday when I tried to withdraw cash from my account at a till point that my transaction failed even though I have monies in my account. The reason stating card restriction. Upon trying to purchase airtime I got the a similar error on my cell phone bankkng. WHY IS THIS , as each month my monthly insurance stipend is the only monies going into my account as am unemployed. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU FNB???? Please can someone urgently sort out my account and cars as this is totally unacceptable and disappointing from you guys. I require to use my funds for food electricity etc and cos of your *********** systems or someone, I cannot do so. I would also like to know why a restriction hold and if due to your systems or incompetence of someone. I am a chronic patient and to have to worry about this and then go visit a branch is nonsense.
