Stokvel Account : We opened a Stokvel account at fnb brooklyn mall in pta, 3 signatories with one being an existing client with fnb. Yesterday two of the signatories went to the same branch to put in notice and submit banking details of the other members.

They were informed that the branch would not be able to assist them and that all signatories must have personal account with fnb in order to transact. This is information we were not told nor is it part of the Stokvel information online pertaining requirements.

We cannot be forced to open accounts we have not desire to maintain or use in order for us to access our funds. We want the money to be paid out to all members respective banking accounts without further delays or penalties.
