First national bank *****ed ways
I took out a loan from FNB, I then paid it off, but FNB still sends me smses and emails asking me to settle an amount of R476 of the loan amount.
I have tried to resolve this issue but they never respond to any of my emails. What is it that I'm required to "pay off" at this time? And I really find it annoying that they don't keep their books straight.
