FIRST NATIONAL BANK - Credit Report Not updated with a paid Loan

I am so disappointed with FNB in terms of updating paid short-term loans.

I made the payment last year and still today it shows on credit report as an active payable instalment. Why are this not monitored and closed on time. This is bad for a person's credit report and score. Please sort mine out urgently
