First National Bank compromised

My wife bought groceries at Pick n Pay yesterday afternoon and had to insert her card at the till and entered her PIN number. At eleven o clock last night she started receiving inContact notifications from Uber trip amounting to R1708.48, even though there was not enough funds in her account at the time. First National Bank is clearly compromised, as we did not divulge any information to anyone, to enable them to take money from her account. Not one of our friends banking at other institutions had the same problem, so we will be moving our accounts over to another bank.
